Remote work with an agreed scope.

  1. Customer message
  2. Authorized context
  3. Inquiry or request
  4. Response and handoff

A WhatsApp chatbot automates part of the conversation with a business. It can use rules or AI models; the ability to check a calendar or update a CRM depends on the integrations and permissions, not on the bot's commercial name.

What we can offer

  • Answer frequently asked questions with approved information.
  • Collect the data needed for a request.
  • Check availability when the calendar allows it.
  • Prepare or log a contact in the CRM with validation.
  • Hand off to the team when the user asks or the query is out of scope.

An appointment request is not always a confirmed booking. Business rules must define what gets confirmed automatically and what waits for approval.

Channel requirements

The WhatsApp Business app and the messaging platform for integrations don't offer the same capabilities. Before designing the flow, we review the number, the account, the provider and the available features.

Channel policies and rates change. They must be verified on the WhatsApp Business Platform and its commercial policy. We do not promise to keep any configuration, send bulk messages or bypass the platform's requirements.

An example with clear limits

Illustrative example

Appointment inquiry → prepared request.

The customer asks about availability. The assistant checks the authorized source, offers options and collects the preference. If the business requires human confirmation, it reports that the request is pending and hands it off to the team.

If the connection fails, the flow does not invent a time slot: it keeps the request or points to a planned alternative. You can see the visual demo of the journey.

What gets decided in the proposal

Conversation

Allowed topics, tone, languages, reference information and handoff criteria. Someone at the business must be responsible for keeping the information up to date.

Operation

Connections, permissions, testing, channel costs, record retention and maintenance. Actions on external systems require validation.

Automatic availability outside business hours does not mean 24/7 human support. The team's hours and response procedure are specified in the project.

Cost and how to start

The price depends on the integrations, the volume and the maintenance. A platform license cannot be compared to a full implementation without reviewing what each one covers. Third-party costs and services are identified in the proposal.

The free demo is prepared with a bounded use case and data suitable for testing. If you're an agency, you can check the white-label collaboration. To connect broader processes, see automation with n8n.

Frequently asked questions

Does the chatbot have to use AI?
No. For a fixed flow, rules may be enough. AI is considered when it adds value and its responses and actions can be controlled.
Can I send messages to any contact?
Channel policies, consent and requirements must not be bypassed. The proposed use is reviewed before implementation.
Can it connect to my CRM and calendar?
It's checked case by case. The connection depends on APIs, accounts, permissions and supported operations; there is no universal compatibility.
What information do I need for a first demo?
A use case, frequently asked questions, business rules and the tools involved. Avoid customer personal data and credentials in the first form.
