Your technical point of contact.
Remote work with an agreed scope.

  1. Incoming call
  2. Understand the inquiry
  3. Check allowed data
  4. Transfer or log request

An AI receptionist handles an interaction, collects information and guides the next step according to authorized rules and data. Voice involves telephony, speech recognition and audio generation; it is not simply a chat with a phone number attached.

When it makes sense to consider the service

Start with calls that follow a known path: basic information, collecting requests or availability inquiries. The case must have defined limits and a fallback for when it can't be completed.

It is not appropriate to delegate professional decisions, risk situations or conversations that need human judgment without supervision. The ability to transfer a call must be verified with the business's telephony.

What gets reviewed before building

  • Status of the number and the telephony provider's capabilities.
  • Team hours and the fallback outside those hours.
  • Common questions and data that can be checked.
  • Rules for requests, appointments and transfer.
  • Estimated volume, usage cost and maintenance.
  • Handling of information and recordings, where applicable.

Portability, recording, transfer or connection to any switchboard is not promised without checking that they are available and authorized.

Test before expanding

  1. We choose an initial path and its limits.
  2. We prepare suitable information and access for testing.
  3. We test different ways of asking, interruptions and failures.
  4. We review handoffs, errors and completed tasks.
  5. We agree on rollout and maintenance if the result fits.

The proposal specifies channel, integration, usage and support. Automated attention can be considered outside business hours, but it depends on the availability of the services and does not mean continuous human support.

If most of your inquiries arrive by message, check WhatsApp Business. If you need to coordinate several tools, see process automation. For agencies, there is the AI agents under your brand path.

Frequently asked questions

Can it work outside office hours?
Automated attention outside office hours can be considered, subject to the availability and conditions of the services involved. Human intervention has its own agreed hours.
Is it guaranteed that no call is missed?
No. Telephony, connections and configuration have limits. The proposal must include what happens in the event of failures or overload.
Can it confirm appointments?
Only according to the authorized rules and connections. If human review is required, it reports a pending request, not a final booking.
Where do we start?
With a conversation about current calls, tools and goals. The demo is scoped before connecting information or production channels.
