What your customer doesn't see.
What makes it work.

An AI agent combines an artificial intelligence model, information about your business and authorized tools to answer queries or carry out tasks. Its scope depends on the integrations, permissions and rules we define.

Start with a process you already know.

An inbox of unanswered queries, appointments copied by hand, or information scattered across several apps are all good starting points. First we identify what happens today, where time is being lost and what result your team needs.

AI is not always necessary. A rule, a form or a conventional integration can solve a predictable task better. The choice depends on the process, not on adding technology at all costs.

Four ways to help you.

AI Receptionist

Captures inquiries, answers frequently asked questions and points to the next step. It can respond outside your team's hours, depending on the channel and configuration.

Voice agent

Phone support, information lookup and appointment flows. We define what it can answer, when to transfer the call and what to do if no one is available.

Chat and WhatsApp

Replies based on approved information, capturing requests and escalating to a person. Integration is subject to each platform's capabilities and requirements.

Process automation

Connects CRM, email, forms or calendar. Classifies requests, prepares drafts and updates records with checks to catch errors and avoid duplicates.

AI agents for small businesses: start small.

A small business does not need an enterprise-grade customer service platform. It needs the business WhatsApp to reply when no one else can, appointments that do not get lost, and repetitive queries that stop eating up someone's morning. An AI agent for small businesses is built on the tools you already use (WhatsApp Business, Google Calendar, your store, a spreadsheet), starting with a single process and a known monthly cost.

What changes compared to a large company is the starting point: fewer integrations, lower volume and a single person on the other end. That's why the pilot is scoped in weeks, not months, and maintenance is billed per process. If your business is in Gipuzkoa, there is a dedicated page about AI agents for businesses in San Sebastián.

What we define before building.

The process and its limits

  • Pilot objective and permitted tasks.
  • Channels, languages and estimated volume.
  • Information that can be looked up and actions that require approval.
  • Error handling and the human intervention channel.

Operation after the pilot

  • Required integrations, accounts and permissions.
  • Platform costs, usage and maintenance.
  • Acceptance testing and conversation review.
  • Who is responsible for updating information and handling incidents.

Before connecting real data, we review the providers, the information that will be sent and the access permissions. It should not be assumed that all models or platforms have the same privacy terms.

From pilot to an informed decision.

  1. 01

    Review the process

We start from real examples and tools. We agree on a scoped initial task, the budget and responsibilities.

  2. 02

    Test scenarios

We configure replies, connections and escalations. We test normal cases, out-of-scope questions and integration failures.

  3. 03

    Evaluate and maintain

We review fixes, completed tasks and human intervention. Going live depends on passing the agreed checks.

Before you decide.

How much does an AI agent cost?

It depends on the channel, the integrations, the usage volume and the maintenance required. There is no published one-size-fits-all rate. The quote specifies the service and any third-party or usage costs involved, with no setup fee or minimum term under the current offer.

Can it work around the clock?

Automated support can be configured to work outside your team's hours, subject to the availability of the connected services. This is not the same as 24/7 human support or a guarantee of absolute uptime.

Does it replace people?

It should not replace human judgment in sensitive decisions or ones beyond its scope. We define an escalation channel and, when appropriate, approval before an action is carried out.

Does it connect to my current tools?

First we check the APIs, connectors, permissions and limits of each tool. Not all applications allow the same actions. You can check your providers' documentation to prepare for that review.

Can I try it first?

Yes. You can request a free demo with a specific case. We review the information needed and agree on the scope and timeline before preparing it.

The next step.
