WordPress maintenance
for agencies.

Outsource your clients' maintenance and changes under your brand. Plans for 1, 3 and 8 websites from €39/month, each with 1 hour of monthly changes included. VAT included.

WordPress maintenance brings together regular tasks — updates, backups, monitoring and support — to keep a website running. Under white-label, your agency keeps the client relationship and delegates the agreed technical tasks.

Taking care of a website is more than just updating it.

An update can affect a form, a payment or an integration. The work isn't done when the notice disappears from the dashboard: you have to check the important functions and know how to act if something breaks.

The starting point is an inventory of sites, versions, plugins, hosting and business needs. A corporate website and a store don't require the same tests. We also review what access is available and what problems existed before the maintenance began.

The areas of maintenance.

Updates and compatibility

WordPress, themes and plugins, with dependency review and agreed checks. Sensitive changes require a staging environment and a rollback plan.

Backups and recovery

Daily backups depending on the plan. We define what is saved, where and how it is restored. Having a backup is not the same as having tested its restoration.

Security and monitoring

Access review, protective measures and uptime tracking. Automated monitoring does not mean permanent human attention or the absence of incidents.

Support and performance

Issue handling, work reporting and optimization according to the plan. Response times and priorities are confirmed in the proposal, not through a generic promise.

Your agency stays in control.

Your agency centralizes requests and receives the technical result to deliver under its own brand. Points of contact, confidentiality and communication formats are agreed before we work on the sites.

Third-party licenses and accounts must be available and authorized. New premium licenses are not included by default. A redesign, a custom feature or a complex migration require their own defined scope; they do not automatically become recurring maintenance.

If you also receive automation requests, you can check the separate AI agents for agencies service.

One site.

Professional · €89/month
Up to three sites.

How the collaboration starts.

  1. 01

    We review your portfolio

How many websites there are, what functions they support and what you need to delegate. We identify previous issues and access requirements.

  2. 02

    We agree on the plan

We define inclusions, priorities, communication and response times in the proposal. Scope changes are reviewed before they are carried out.

  3. 03

    We maintain and document

The planned tasks are carried out and the checks and pending items are communicated. The agency knows what has been done and what needs a decision.

Maintenance and hands-on help for day-to-day changes.

All plans include 1 hour a month for whatever you need: publishing a post with text and images you provide, changing text, photos, links or prices, or a small layout tweak. If you need more, you can buy hours: €35 for a single hour, a 5-hour bundle for €150 (€30/h) or a 10-hour bundle for €270 (€27/h). Bundles expire after 6 months. VAT included.

The included hour is shared across the plan's websites and does not carry over from one month to the next. Bundle hours can be used whenever you like within their validity, on any of your websites, and are deducted in 15-minute increments.

You can buy an hour bundle: 5 hours for €150 or 10 hours for €270, or a single hour for €35. Redesigns, entirely new pages and new features are quoted separately as a project. We give you notice before the hours run out, and any additional work requires prior acceptance.

Before you decide.

What's the difference between maintenance and development?

Maintenance takes care of existing functionality. Building a new store, redesigning pages or coding an integration is extra work that needs its own scope. Small changes are defined in the proposal.

Do you work with WooCommerce and multisite?

These environments can be reviewed, but their complexity must be assessed before confirming a plan. Payments, orders, stock and multisite networks require specific checks.

Do I need to change hosting?

Not by default. We check whether the current environment allows the necessary access, backups and testing. Any migration is proposed and agreed separately.

What happens if an update fails?

The failure is investigated and the agreed procedure is applied. Recovery depends on the incident and the backups available; restoring without ever losing any data is not promised.

Is there 24/7 human support?

It's not assumed. Automated monitoring and human support are different services. The proposal sets out hours, priorities and response times.

Do you work remotely?

Yes. The service is provided remotely for agencies and businesses. There are no physical offices: businesses and agencies across Spain are served from Madrid.
